I had a decent stay at The Windflower Resort & Spa, Mysore. The environment is definitely serene with a ton of greenery, which I loved. But the rooms could really use an update-they felt pretty outdated and there were some issues with things like hot water and the door locks. The staff was super friendly, which is a plus.

My room was a bit tired. It took forever to get hot water, and the furniture seemed old. The entrance door was shaky too. Not ideal for a comfortable stay.

The staff members were really sweet and helpful. However, room service was not great-my orders took a while and sometimes they were missing items.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the balcony, but I encountered issues with cleanliness, including insects and a leaking faucet. Additionally, the decor was in poor condition, which was disappointing.

Although the reception staff was welcoming, the in-room dining service was painfully slow, taking over 45 minutes to deliver basic orders. There were also issues with deliveries coming at odd times and miscommunications that hampered the experience.

I had a fantastic time at The Windflower Resort & Spa, Mysore, enjoying the warm welcome with a refreshing Nannari sherbet 🍹. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, though I did face some minor issues like a lack of electrical outlets. The overall experience was enriched by delicious meals at the restaurant, where I loved watching the ducks while dining. However, the in-room dining service could have been better, as there were some delays in my orders.
Rooms
7.0
The room was large and well-furnished, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool fountain. However, I found the bed design somewhat dangerous, making it tricky to get in and out of.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally very kind and eager to help, especially Mr. Malatesh, who attended to us during check-in. Yet, in-room dining could use better management as they were slow and sometimes mixed up orders.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Windflower Resort & Spa in Mysore. The beautiful surroundings and some well-maintained rooms made a positive impression, but the initial room I was assigned was in terrible condition and far from what I expected. After addressing my concerns, I was moved to a much better room, but it shouldn't have come to that.

The first room I was assigned was outdated and poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues and broken fixtures. However, after changing to a different room, it was much better - clean and well-kept with a lovely balcony.
